Barry founded B J Jarrad Pty Ltd in 1983 after the partnership of Holder & Jarrad of 6 years ended with the retirement of Jack Holder.

Barry has over 42 years in the Plumbing, Building and Civil Construction Industries. Barry has been a Master Plumber for 35 years and a Registered Builder for 18 years. Barry's role as Managing Director for the past 26 years demonstrates his ability to manage people, clients and contractual issues that arise in business.

Since Brett joined the company in 1995 he has added an exciting entrepreneurial mindset to the progressive business strategies of B J Jarrad Pty Ltd. These strategies have added dimension and clarity to the way in which we now conduct our business development, tendering, estimating and systems management. This is reflected in our demonstrated operational effectiveness and the high calibre top end clients that we are currently engaged with and continually attracting.

Brett's intuition makes him a key player in attracting the right client for our business needs, which is driven by his long term background and hands-on experience in the Plumbing and Building industries. He is a contemporary CEO who brings extensive operational experience, effective communication skills, constructive executive management and strong leadership to the company
