Our in-house Fabrication Services division allows B J Jarrad Pty Ltd to be self sufficient and provide total design and construct turnkey projects or specialist subcontract services in the following areas:

• Design, fabrication and installation of all carbon steel components and pipework.
• Design, fabrication and installation of stainless steel components and pipework.
• Fabrication, assembly and testing of pump skids, tankage and pressure vessels.
• Fabrication and installation of mechanical components.

In conjunction with specialist subcontractors, design, install and commission electrical and control systems.

Our welders are WTIA certified and all fabrication is conducted in accordance with Australian Standard 4041.

B J Jarrad Pty Ltd specialise in the fabrication of MSCL (Mild Steel Cement Lined), and MS (Mild Steel) pipework and valve components.

Numerous Fabrication Services staff are solely devoted to the fabrication of MSCL and MS, and as such, are highly experienced experts in their field. Our fabrication of MSCL and MS pipework and valve components is SA Water accredited.

B J Jarrad Pty Ltd have extensive experience in fabrication using stainless steel. Stainless steel is a versatile material and we have the facilities to fabricate, clean, and finish a wide variety of products with exceptional quality.

Our stainless steel pipe fabrication experience covers a range of sizes from very small, up to large pump station diameters.

B J Jarrad Pty Ltd has been involved in installation and testing of high volume and high pressure tanks and vessels. A large portion of our work involves systems which require in-house pressure testing to meet client specifications.

B J Jarrad Pty Ltd have been involved in the fabrication and installation of pump systems throughout South Australia on projects ranging from Water Supply to Mining Projects.

In conjunction with our Plant & Equipment Workshop, our fabrication specialists assist with repairs of, and creation of custom, mechanical components for our Plant and Equipment fleet.
